Perinelli Nduja (150g)

This is an award-winning nduja that won a ‘silver’ in the national British Charcuterie Awards 2018 and 2019. Nduja is a spicy and fruity — chilli and wood-fired peppers — spreading salami originating in Calabria in the south of Italy. It is delicious simply spread on bread or toast or can be added to traditional and modern dishes (wonderful on pizza!) for a spicy peppery flavour and heat.

Ingredients: free range pork, pork fat, red peppers, chilli flakes, chilli powder, extra hot chilli powder, salt, sucrose, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, starter cultures, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate. See allergens in brackets.
