Seggiano Chocolate Panettone (500g)
Baked in small batches during the run up to the festive season, our chocolate panettone is made by a master baker in Brescia who has been making traditional Italian dolci for over 40 years in his family bakery.
Like all Seggiano cakes, our chocolate panettone is made with organic eggs and butter and avoids the trans fatty emulsifiers and preservatives used in industrial cakes to artificially maintain moisture and prolong shelf life.
Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate 26% (minimum 47% Cocoa solids: sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavour),
WHEAT flour, BUTTER, water, Sugar, EGG yolk, orange paste (sugar, orange zest, acacia honey), Dark Chocolate 2% (minimum 72% Cocoa solids: cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), lemon paste (lemon, sugar), sea salt, BARLEY malt.
