A white blend of all the pinots (blanc, gris and noir) plus a little auxerrois for good measure, this is a wonderful expression of the primary grapes of Alsace. Notes of green fruit, flint and honey on toast combine for a delightfully lively wine. Think champagne without the bubbles, but not in a flat way, in a delicious apple pie way.
