The new Jeux de Vins project from Julien Albertus celebrates collaboration, featuring a cuvée blending two grapes (Sylvaner and Riesling) from two vintages (2020 and 2021), all sourced from prized Alsace vineyards planted in 1985.

With organic certification and minimal-intervention biodynamic farming, the grapes are sourced from Domaine Einhart in Rosenwiller. The blend combines 80% direct-pressed grapes with 20% macerated for three days before fermentation, all fermented and aged in a concrete tank.
