100% Auxerrois grapes grown in certified organic, biodynamic vineyards. Fresh and easy, this wine is a collaboration between Julien Albertus and Domaine Leipp Leininger, a family estate that has been crafting wine in the same house since 1720. The vines thrive in clay-limestone soils, with 80% of the grapes direct-pressed and 20% undergoing a three-day pre-fermentation maceration. Enjoy it with fish, soft cheese, or simply on its own. Zero sulfur added.
