A refreshingly vibrant cuvée, primarily Gewürztraminer, with a small amount of Muscat, Auxerrois, and Sylvaner, sourced from two different vintages, all grown in limestone clay soils. The grapes, whole clusters, undergo a two-week maceration. A unique blend that sits between a skin-contact white and an orange wine. The vines were planted in 1985, with grapes carefully selected from Domaine Einhart in Rosenwiller.
